By accessing and using the services provided by MNBHost ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services & Account

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (cPanel, WHM, Client Portal).
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Content & Activities

Our servers may only be used for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or transmitting illegal, abusive, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or engaging in phishing activities.
• Using excessive server resources (CPU, RAM) that negatively impact other users on shared servers.
• Hosting malware, viruses, or running malicious scripts.

4. Payment & Renewal

All services are billed on a prepaid basis. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date. Failure to pay invoices on time will result in the suspension or termination of your hosting services.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any of these terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
